Airbnb for Work admins and trip planners have access to a convenient dashboard to help organize business travel.
You’ll find your Airbnb for Work dashboard on your desktop by clicking your profile photo and then selecting Company dashboard from the dropdown. The Airbnb for Work dashboard is not available on mobile browser or in the Airbnb app.
Get an overview of employees’ active, confirmed, and completed trips, as well as trips that may need attention. For each trip you’ll find traveler name(s), destination details, trip dates, and status.
Filter by the number of nights booked, total amount spent, and average daily rate across your company. You can also export CSV reports from this page.
You can review invoices for your traveler groups. Each item will include the invoice number, date, due date, and amount due.
Set alerts for accommodation quality, types of places, and price and choose the frequency and price alert subscriptions for your notifications.
Create programs that allow your employees to benefit from Airbnb credits that they can use for whatever they want.
Browse and manage the employee accounts that are linked to your company. You can also invite employees to your program from this page.
Create the settings you want for account, invoice profiles, payment, employee access, notifications, and travel partners.
Review action items that need attention such as confirming employees and rejecting or confirming team requests.
Travel admins and trip planners have different dashboard views. Admins have access to all tabs, while trip planners have access to fewer tabs and can only get details about the reservations they’ve booked. Business travelers don’t have access to any dashboard.
