Such a charming and comfortable place to stay. I especially loved the old-fashioned stove, which reminded me of my grandmother's house. I was overjoyed she allowed pets (aka my babies) to stay with us through the transition of selling our home and purchasing our new home. Carmen's personal touches made it even more comfortable, such as farm-fresh eggs, muffins, and bagels. There was plenty of coffee and creamers to get our day started. I was able to easily connect my laptop to the internet and sports on the TV made my husband very happy. I'd highly recommend the historic Tomlin House to everyone! Thank you, Carmen, for a wonderful experience at this beautiful house.

Marva was a wonderful host, very responsive to any need or question. Beautiful place inside and out. Seems she thought of everything, even leaving outside games, inside games and puzzles stacked with the basics. Would definitely recommend it!

This was the perfect retreat to have a weekend getaway with my husband! We were 5 minutes to downtown Helen and it was so easy to get to restaurants and shops from their home. Honestly, the home is even better in person than the pictures if that’s even possible! It was EXTREMELY clean and we felt right at home all weekend. We loved using the fireplace and appreciated the recommendations from the host. I would go back to this cozy home in a heartbeat!
