The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? The home is crafted to provide you with over 420 Sq Feet of carefully planned space offering a fully functional kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a custom tiled shower. It is truly magical to soak outdoors under the night sky in the privacy of your own hot tub.

Dive into local attractions, then come back to our place to relax and spend quality time resting and recharging. 2 bedroom, 1 bath mother-in-law apartment. Sleeps 6 with sofa-sleeper. Pets on approval. No cats. Gas heat with backup wood stove and backup generator.
