Hytten er fredelig og romslig og tilbyr alle moderne fasiliteter som fiber bredbånd, kjøring helt frem og 200 m til nærbutikk med ladestasjoner (Eviny/Tesla). Butikk er åpen 07-23 hvert dag. Leiligheten er den mest skjermede i feltet, med fri utsikt uten innsyn. Leiligheten må forlates i samme tilstand som ved adkomst.
