We wish you welcome to this very special apartment located in the middle of an 1929 industrial designed master cabinetmakers/ebeniste workshop building. Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.
“This is a truly lovely and unique apartment, really spacious and full of history. The photographs really don't do it justice! The kitchen is great if you want to stay in and cook and it is within a very short walking distance to the centre if you want to head out and explore all that Stavanger has to offer. We stayed here in the winter and it was really cozy and warm inside with all of the twinkly lights, but this apartment would be amazing in the summer with its outdoor terrace. John is a fantastic, warm and welcoming host, so generous with his time and stories and gave us some great ideas for things to do during our stay (would recommend the walk around the lake - Mosvatnet). We'd love to come back some time, would highly recommend!”
Fix breakfast in a sleek, cozy kitchen with stainless steel surfaces and dine at modern glass table by a log burning stove in an open layout. Kick back with a book on a relaxed sofa beneath a stylish light fixture within this radiant apartment.
“The location of the house is very close to the Chinese restaurant and the Super Station. Baidu map navigation is easy to find. The landlord provided a lot of brochures about Stavanger. The map on the wall marked the required landmarks.”
20 m2 studio with own bathroom and superb first line wiew to Byfjorden heading the center of Stavanger. Own terrace and you can do fishing or take a swim in the sea. 20 min walk to downtown and 1 min walk to busstop goes every 30 min.
“We had such a great time staying at Arby’s and Ingrid’s. A beautiful, clean and stylish room. The bed was so comfortable and the view was exquisite. Very easy to get around and into town and Arnt and Ingrid were always at hand to give us tips and advice. Would go back in a heartbeat!”
