House vacation rentals in Hardanger

Great house that was perfect for us, a group of 12 people: Many bedrooms to share, large kitchen with lots of equipment for communal cooking, living room with sofa and TV for socializing. The barn with billiards and table tennis was used diligently! Access to the swimming pool was the icing on the cake.

Birger’s place was exactly what we expected, clean and very easily approachable. The place Undredal itself is calm, quiet and away from the touristy Flam. Easily drive-able from both Flam and Gudvangen. Birger’s family lives next door and everyone was very friendly. All the amenities one would expect, were available. Loads of cutlery, all kinds of cooking utensils, bathroom amenities, washing machine soap, etc. We had a great time and we would love to come back again.

The beach house at Åkra is highly recommended. We felt welcome from the second we walked in the door. The house had all the amenities and more - not to mention the brilliant outdoor spaces. The house is within walking distance to Åkra city center and right by the fantastic beach. We stayed 4 adults and 1 child - and there was plenty of space for all of us. We are already planning our next trip to the beach house.

We had a fantastic long weekend at Torbjørn's house. We were an extended family with grandparents, children, in-laws and grandchildren, a total of 8 adults and 2 small ones. Very tastefully decorated house with good bolting space. There were several toilets/bathrooms, which was great when we were so many. The outdoor area was superb, undisturbed and peaceful with great views. There was a heated pool where small and big enjoyed themselves, very clean and well cared for. A cozy outdoor living room for the evenings was too, but we were lucky enough with the weather that there was no need for it. Heiane, with all the shops, was just a few minutes away. We will be happy to come again another time and can highly recommend the house. Thank you for us :)

We completely enjoyed our time in Stanevik and especially in Trines house. Absolutely perfekt.

We spent fantastic days at Kjetils house, it was just like we hoped it to be according to the pictures, very cozy house (even bigger living/kitchen area than we expected) in a stunning landscape. Of course spending the long dark nights in the outdoor pool was not only for our children an absolut highlight! (And eben seeing the northern lights one day!) Kjetil always answered immediately any question, just had some minor issues when we arrived in the dark. We would definitely like to come back one day!

Great house and well equipped both indoors and outdoors. Kåre is very friendly and communication was quick and precise. We would gladly came back!

Wonderful property in an amazing location with a magnificent view of the Fjords! The surroundings are superbly scenic and peaceful, at the same time there are enough activities to keep the kids busy (our group had 2 boys - 5 and 7 years old respectively. Karina and Erlend are wonderful hosts, responsive and considerate, and have taken really good care of keeping the house in immaculate condition. Connectivity to Bergen and onwards cruises for the Fjords is not too far, and in fact one can really do some good day trips from the property itself. Highly, highly recommended and a big thanks once again to Karina and Erlend!!

A beautiful Place! Torstein is a very good Host, who is very fast in responding and even Put two fresh bottles of water in the fridge for us. Thanks!

Much better than expected!

Our stay here was incredible. We booked for 4 people but this place could easily accommodate 8. The place was clean and tidy and offered everything we needed and more, with beautiful surroundings and a private and authentic feel. Things like extra towels, a pantry with some basic items like rice and pasta, food in the freezer and an easy to use washing machine and dryer really made us feel well looked after. We stayed when temperatures were between -10 and -18 Celsius but the house always felt cosy. The nearest Ski bus stop is a 7-10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket and ‘town’ area are a 25 minute walk away. If you enjoy walking then the location is fine but we opted to hire a car from the airport to use for our transfers which I would highly recommend. This made collecting ski hire, shopping and travelling to the different slopes much easier as there is lots of parking areas. 10/10 stay. I have already recommended to friends and family.

We loved our stay at Gerhard’s house. The location is brilliant with the bus stop nearby makes it 5 minutes from the centre. The house is historically interesting and quirky, and has everything we needed. Gerhard is an excellent, thoughtful host.

We had the best time at Praewas hygge house in Bergen! The house is so lovely and had so many amenities! Especially the floor heating in the living room was much loved by us and our dog! We did not wanted to leave in the end and would absolutely recommend this nice house in Bergen!!! Thank you so much Praewa & Kim!!

Lovely place and loved the town! A few minutes walk from the boat station and the supermarket. Easy to find and to check in. The host was very friendly and showed me how to walk around. Had a great day

Beautiful home with huge windows overlooking the fjord! We saw some beautiful sunsets. Great outdoor spaces and game room in the boat house. Nice location and very close to public transportation.

Beautiful house in a great location close to Sauda and the water. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the canoe. The weather wasn't bad. There are more than enough hiking opportunities in the area. Despite the rain, we took a few nice walks. Information is available in the house with good tips. Very friendly host.

Absolutely would stay here again! Very comfortable and spacious, great launching spot for adventures in Flåm and around, lovely hospitality including pointing out waterfall hike which we immediately tried and loved!

The host was very helpful and patient and responded quickly to all the questions we had about the place and the area. The location also suited well in relation to the tasks we had on the island.
