Great stay in a nice part of Birmingham, close to the train station and local shops and pubs, parking for 2 cars is a bonus

This property is absolutely beautiful. So quirky and historic but with all the modern amenities that you need. Super close to the NEC (why we booked) but current roadworks caused us issues getting taxis. Sat nav takes you to wrong location but host recommended what3words which will bring you to the door. Maggie super friendly and responsive. Highly recommend

From the moment we arrived at Gavin's listing, we were struck by the peaceful and charming neighborhood in Hampton. The house itself was stunning, spacious, and perfect for our weekend stay. Gavin was an exceptional host, proactively checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. The neighborhood was also perfect for peaceful walks, with its quiet streets and lovely surroundings. The location was also ideal, just a short distance from the NEC and Birmingham Airport, making it incredibly convenient for our plans. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautifully presented and pristine place - everything you need. Super responsive, easy to access/check-in, parking right outside, close to the train, and a great pub just up the road! Any is brilliant at responding to messages, and super helpful! Will definitely book again and would not hesitate in recommending!
