I had a lovely stay and felt right at home, It was very clean and well organised. I was very happy with my stay and would recommend to others.

Fantastic, relaxing, clean and comfortable accommodation. Quiet but close to all amenities. Roger was so warm and friendly. He took the time to welcome us, telling us about the amazing property and restaurant recommendations. Roger & Catherine have created a lovely warm and cozy place, that is very spacious with all mod-cons. They even leave a cheeky gin & tonic out for guests to help themselves to, along with espresso and milk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wish we’d stayed longer. Next time! Thank you both.

We really liked The Nest and very much enjoyed our stay! I will be honest and say that our first impressions of the surrounding area weren't great as the area around Spalding seemed a bit industrialised and the property is quite near a very brightly lit junction of the A16. However, we soon realised that this wouldn't impact our stay at all! (So don't be put off is what I am trying to say, if you google map the area!) The immediate surroundings are peaceful and quiet and the property is surrounded by a riverbank and trees which shield the house very well: especially I would imagine in Summer. Inside the property was lovely - very calm and tranquil, beautifully clean and well decorated and furnished. Furthermore, countryside is in abundance when you venture further up Marsh Road. We will definitely look to book again next time we are visiting friends in he area. Also loved the welcome hamper - very much appreciated!

Amy’s place was immaculate, it was very cosy and perfect for a little break away. Fully equipped kitchen which was handy!
