Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hà Nam

Good apartment with very tasty breakfast. Nguyen lent us bicycles for a cheap price and for 200,000 VND we were even allowed to stay in the accommodation until 8 pm, which made the day of travel much easier for us. Nguyen was always very friendly.

I do not have words to describe what an awesome experience Thuan’s property is. It’s a small homestay (if you don’t know what that is, look it up.). Run mainly by family. EVERYONE was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were exactly as described, clean, comfortable, good A/C, and pool was delightful. Morning breakfasts were absolutely spot on. We walked in as guests, left as family. I absolutely recommend asking Thuan for his driver (his brother), in showing you the sights. Húu was a super friendly guy, very nice car, punctual, and probably was the best driver we have had in a foreign country. Also if you are lucky enough to have My along for excursions, she is a good translator, and knows the area well, and will get you through the crowds efficiently in the high tourist areas. There are plenty of things to explore nearby, but you do need a car or driver. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds impeccable. You can see the family takes great pride.

Great stay, very kind family.

This is part of "Trang An Legend", which is a very nice place. It is at the very end of the village and thus offers appealing views of the surrounding nature, including the typical rocks of the area. The place is quiet and pleasant, and it has a nice swimming pool. What you get is, other than stated, not a bungalow, but a small appartment in a three storey-building. That didn't matter to me, the room is spacious and clean and has great views, and I wouldn't have wanted to trade it for one of the bungalows (which they also have). I recommend this place and this room!

really nice homestay, very clean we enjoyed

Welcoming and flexible host, breakfast included and very good! The environment is nice and close to activities on Ninh Binh. They also rent scooters on site for a reasonable price. We were very pleased with our stay! Only downside: we booked a room with a view of bamboo and were finally accommodated in a room that had no view.

Was a great stay. The hosts are super friendly and provide bicycles and motorcycles very cheaply. The rooms are great and the location great but in a quiet side street. Definitely recommend

We had an incredible stay at the Lotus Field homestay. Duy was amazingly helpful and communication with him prior to arrival was fast and responsive. He helped us hire private transportation to and from the homestay (since Grab drivers don't usually go all the way to the property). The driver was wonderful, helping us to explore many locations and enjoy our time in Ninh Binh. The bungalow was spacious, clean, and comfortable!

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and had a great stay. We can recommend the hotel to everyone. Thank you for the hospitality, the rich and delicious breakfast and the free bikes.

We arrived very early via a night bus and despite the fact that check-in was only from 2 p.m. we were able to leave our things in our room from 11 a.m., and in the meantime we were able to have breakfast. The hostesses speak English well, which made it easy for us to communicate, our room was clean and had a private bathroom, possibility to rent bikes by the day. Very good value for money, good location and quiet. The little extra: a free bottle of cold water per person on departure

Really nice place with a big space in the room and comfortable beds. It’s in a good location you can easily walk around tam coc to restaurants etc. We arrived extremely early in the morning and the kind family were nice enough to let us go into our room at that early hour for a small amount extra. Really kind people.

The Ecopark area was with very clean air, lots of trees, and nice walking path along the river. The environment is very eco-friendly. I really enjoyed the fresh air of this area. The unit of Phuong Thao is very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. My wife, my baby, and I had a really really relaxing and refreshing time at this unit. There are two nice air-con, and the view from the room is amazing - lots of trees, like a jungle! We had a great time looking down the jungle in the room, on the bed, with the air-con turned on. It was like a heaven. Phuong Thao was so kind and responsive. She was a really nice host. The nearby surroundings are now in development and expanding. There are several coffee and food places in walking distance. It was a great experience to walk along the river path in the early morning and night. Swimming pool, however, was a bit far. 10 minutes on foot, from the place. I paid 100,000 VND for using swimming pool one time. As for August 2019, there are some construction going on near the apartment. Overall, the Ecopark are and the Rosemary homestay was a perfect place to those who love nature, relaxing and refreshing moment of rest in life.

everything was good. nice little family business

I live in Hanoi so I've visited Ninh Binh a few times but this was my first time staying here. I'll definitely be coming back to this homestay next time.The pictures don't do it justice. Gorgeous scenery, nice cocktails, super friendly staff and an ideal location right by the boat tours. Also it was absolutely incredible value for money, I can't recommend it highly enough.

We stayed here a few nights with another family .The location is peaceful, and run by a beautiful family. The food was fresh and tasty and they were very accommodating. A perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the beauty of Ninh binh. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Unfortunately, we only had two nights, which wasn't enough at all. Highly recommend and stay there for some time - the place is worth it.

I originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying for 5 in total. Mike and his family are very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed his sister’s breakfasts - very tasty! The room was large and pretty clean, AC/fan/fridge all worked perfectly. If you ride a scooter then the location is perfect, if you don’t (like me) then it could be a little inconvenient, although there are restaurants close by and you can walk a minute to the main road and take a grab taxi. The food is simple, home cooked stuff - with very generous portions and a fair price. Beer, water etc is also fairly priced. I was doing some online teaching during my stay, there is a small table in the room and the WiFi is fast, although there was one day we had a power cut and I had some issues with a couple of classes, so keep that in mind if you’re a ‘digital nomad’ / teacher. Overall, I’d like to thank Mike and his family for having me to stay and I would happily stay there again.

Nice and spacious rooms set in serene surroundings - hills, greenery and little ponds. the kind of place where you could just sit and watch the day go by,if that's your thing. Not far from Trang An boating pier and Hang Mua caves.
