This host was amazing, they went out of their way to help. Everything from private drivers to get around to offering push bikes and scooters to hire. The breakfast was great with lots of menu options. Great recommendations to visit local area. We would return without a second thought. Lovely family. We felt cared for and looked after. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you ❤️

If you want to get out of the city, no traffic, or noise. This is excellent location. It is 30-45 min away from old town but if you’re looking to relax no need to go far .

The location is great and we feel at home, highlighting the friendliness and availability of the Minh host, always willing to help in everything. If you need he gets everything: bike, motorcycle, car, ticket. The guy is too good people!

Very nice and responsive host, good and clean accommondations, nicely located. Scooter rent from the host helps a lot and makes the stay a lot more convenient. Would recommend if you wanna have a special type of stay - the included hostel also brings a lot of travelers which is great!

The bungalow exceeded all my expectations, it was like stepping into my own private Zen Garden; situated on a pond and surrounded by lush foliage and limestone mountains. It was the best of both worlds - nature at its best and amenities such as wi-fi and a private bathroom. They also have a restaurant that served great food, and I was fortunate enough to participate in a family bday dinner party. It's also a great place to connect with the other guests that are staying in the compound. I also took advantage of the motorbike tour they offered (thanks Phol!) which was a more personal and convenient way to get to know Ninh Binh. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for a little respite from the cacophony and chaos of Vietnam's bigger cities.
