Perfect stay in a wonderful place, couldn't be better.

If you're into nature this is the place! Host and staff are extremely friendly. We had dinner all together as a family and they even shared some aged rice wine! Vietnamese hospitality at its best!!

The bungalow exceeded all my expectations, it was like stepping into my own private Zen Garden; situated on a pond and surrounded by lush foliage and limestone mountains. It was the best of both worlds - nature at its best and amenities such as wi-fi and a private bathroom. They also have a restaurant that served great food, and I was fortunate enough to participate in a family bday dinner party. It's also a great place to connect with the other guests that are staying in the compound. I also took advantage of the motorbike tour they offered (thanks Phol!) which was a more personal and convenient way to get to know Ninh Binh. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for a little respite from the cacophony and chaos of Vietnam's bigger cities.

What a great relaxing stay at ChezBeo. We went there as a couple and brought our dog. We loved the location with the rock mountains all around and the stream that we could take the boat through. The beds were comfortable and the small fans saved our life during the heatwave. It's really beautiful to walk around the grounds during sunrise or sunset and even at night with the lights. We also enjoyed just hanging out at the room sitting in the lounge chairs or hammocks by the stream. There's many great picture spots for those that want to share memories. The restaurant onsite is okay and we went next door for more selection. A bigger area with more restaurants and coffeeshops is within 20-30 minutes walk. So are the Mua caves which we didn't go this time as we went last time. Highly recommended in this area for first time visitors. The hosts were super friendly and spoke great English. Their dogs didn't make friend with our dog but they accepted him after a while.

if you want to experience local vietnamese famliy daily life, high recommend trang's garden homestay. the host always smile and very polite. they will arrange everything you need, give you tourism advice, very detail transportation info,book the taxi, even we go to next city, trang's parents arrange everything for us.I do not need to worry anything or spend lots of time on make travel planning,just relax and feel like home.

We loved our stay at Thành’ family home stay. This felt more like a private all inclusive lodge than other home stays. The facilities are superb, comfortable and clean. The amenities nearby in Tam coc and Ninh Binh are abundant and the family welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond for each guest to have an amazing experience: for us this included arranging day trips, bike hire, travel and even picking us up at 0500 when there were no taxi’s. They also provide 3 meals daily at the accommodation. The food is amazing and you almost feel like you don’t need to leave if the surrounding area wasn’t so beautiful. We highly recommend this home stay for the Ninh Binh and Tam coc area and would return any time.

Our stay in Ninh Binh was the rainiest part of our trip by far but Thanh and his family (complete with their wonderful dog Binh) made it one of our favourite places to stay. They made sure we were able to still get out to see some of the best that Ninh Binh has to offer including the hang Mua lookout, trang An, and the bai Dinh pagoda. Thanh is extremely knowledgeable on how to help first time tourists in Vietnam, he even found us a train ticket when the website said there were none left! When we weren’t out exploring, their place was a very relaxing and beautiful place to spend our time! We recommend eating at the homestay, we loved all the delicious meals and they treated us like part of the family. We rocked out some karaoke and probably hurt some ears but we had a blast doing so. Lots of good memories in Ninh Binh, will for sure be coming back!

Yes, you should absolutely stay here! This was the most amazing part of our whole trip to Vietnam, and we would have stayed longer if we could! As soon as we arrived Thành greeted us at the car and welcomed us with fresh coffee and local recommendations. He then showed us to our bungalow, which was clean, spacious, air conditioned, and great for the cost. For a small fee, his wife made us delicious traditional Vietnamese dishes morning and night! He also arranged all of our transport & tours for the best locations in Ninh Binh. The highlight of our vacation was joining Thành for a day as he personally guided us through Ninh Binh. We went to his family’s favorite restaurant, paddled down the Trang An river, and biked with him through the countryside as he taught us about local culture & customs. It was absolutely priceless :) If I ever go back to Vietnam, I know exactly where I’m staying!
