The space
Welcome to Bridger Mountain Bliss in Bozeman, Montana! We welcomed our first vacation rental guests with VRBO on June 1, 2014. This is now our 12th year hosting familes on VRBO. We enjoy welcoming vacation guests from America and around the world. We also began hosting with Airbnb 6 years ago and that’s been a wonderful partnership! We also just changed our checkout time to 12:00 noon to make your vacation even more relaxing!
Truly a “slice of heaven” here on earth, our property has 20 private acres. We are surrounded by an additional 959 acres of conservation land in The Gallatin Valley Land Trust making our property the best of both worlds. We are right next to town with Costco/restaurants/shopping(only 6 miles!!) yet out just far enough to enjoy the peace & quiet of nature and wildlife. Our Bridger mountain views surround you and they are unbelievably breathtaking! We are 15 minutes from the airport and downtown Bozeman. There are three popular hiking trails in the neighborhood.
Our beautiful and fully remodeled three bedroom home is both charming and functional. *Our home is strictly kept animal-free due to guest allergies.*
*Our new Hot Springs tub outside is always available, hot and ready for year round use.
*We added a beautiful firepit to the front porch on 6/8/23 for guests to enjoy!*
*Two new DeLonghi Pinguino 15,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioners are upstairs & downstairs. They cool the lower level & the upstairs level excellently. There are ceiling fans in every room making it cool and comfortable all summer! Both levels of the house stay really cool with the two portable 15,000 BTU A/C units and ceiling fans in every room.
*The 1st bedroom is on the main level with a queen bed and large walk-in closet. The queen bed has a new luxury Nolah evoultion 15 mattress with new luxurious bedding. This bedroom is perfect for guests that don’t want to use any stairs while vacationing.
*The second and third bedrooms are upstairs on the second level of the house.
-The second bedroom has a King log bed with a new luxury Nolah evolution 15 mattress set.
-The third bedroom also has a King log bed and a new luxury Nolah evolution 15 mattress set. Expect the best in all the bedrooms, with new sheets and new duvet cover sets.
*The one full bathroom with laundry room is directly inside the entry area, to the left, on the main level. The bathroom isn’t connected to any of the bedrooms. It is in a separate, private area of the house with plenty of privacy!
The kitchen is beautiful with new stainless steel appliances. We have new Pioneer Woman pans to cook with. There is a new Pioneer woman crockpot and a new 6 qt Pioneer Woman Instant pot for the family chef to enjoy! There’s a Instapot air fryer and crockpot if you’d like to use those. Our kitchen has a Kitchen Aid artisan stand mixer if you’d like to bake cookies or cakes.
There is a beautiful Montana log dining room table for family dining. The kitchen has a gas cooktop with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and plenty of countertop and cabinet space.
The Keurig coffeemaker is on the kitchen countertop. We have coffee K-cups stocked for our guests. Feel free to bring your favorite coffee pods along. There is a Zwilling coffeemaker and separate Zwilling coffee bean grinder on the kitchen counter. There are coffee filters and tea in one drawer for guests to enjoy. Feel free to bring your favorite coffee beans or use the organic beans we provide! There is also a Breville frother on the countertop for milk and cream if you’d like to whip up a latte or mocha!
Upstairs is the entertainment loft with HDTV and DVD. The loft has two large couches to relax on while watching the NEW 65” flat screen TV. There is a round bar height table w/4 chairs for eating and playing cards & board games.
We have Verizon wifi and its very fast at 300 mbps. We have Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, MAX, Paramount+and Disney+ for your evening entertainment.
There is a $100 fee for the hot tub company to drain, clean and sanitize the hot tub when you depart.
The cleaning team charges $299 to sanitize and clean the house, take all the bedding(sheets, blankets towels and duvet cover sets) to the laundrymat in town. They wash all the bedding (duvet cover sets, towels, blankets and sheet sets) between each group.
Total fees are $399 for the hot tub company, cleaning team and the laundrymat bedding fees. The cleaning fee and hot tub fee are already included in the amount you paid to reserve. Cleaning fees/hot tub fees are NOT added in after reserving.
Guest access
You’ll enjoy having the 1,700 sq ft house all to yourself. There’s plenty of space with the large yard and breathtaking mountain views! Our property has 20 private acres with a barn and many fenced pastures for our horses.
The new Hot Springs hot tub in the backyard offers you a front row seat of the Bridger Mountain Range! There’s a large covered front porch with carport and gas grill. We have a comfy outdoor wicker couch set with two chairs and ottomons to enjoy the mountain views and sunrise/sunset. Our covered front porch has beautiful hanging flowers for you to enjoy. In the yard we have a picnic table and swing to enjoy the mountain views!
There are brand new luxury Nolah evolution 15 mattresses in every bedroom. Our sheet sets, comforters, blankets and duvet cover sets are always professionally laundered & changed between every group.
Don’t settle for less staying at other properties sleeping with unwashed comforters the previous guests used. We go above and beyond by always washing the comforters, blankets and duvet sets, not just the sheets!
Our cleaning team works really hard to leave our home sparkling clean for you to enjoy.
The hot tub company drains, sanitizes and cleans the hot tub between every group.
You will enjoy the large yard and the pastures around the house. Walking, running and biking are popular in our neighborhood. The paved road in front of our home is used by runners/walkers/bicyclists because you follow alongside the Bridger mountain range on Walker Rd ! It is the most beautiful view while exercising.
Our two horses:
OkeeSun and Zuni will greet you, they are very friendly and love attention from our guests. They love apples and carrots so feel free to feed them some! Please supervise children around the horses.

*This home is for family vacation use or work from home guests.
We do not allow hosting gatherings or family events.
*Parties, graduation parties, gatherings are not allowed.
*No smoking and no pets allowed.
*We don’t allow a guest count of over 6 reserved adults/children. Please be honest and reserve elsewhere if you have over 6 guests. Gatherings are not allowed at the house, only up to 6 reserved guests are allowed at the house and property.
