Guests have full access to the entire house and yard, including the private turquoise dock, attached deck, screened patio, 25-foot wide driveway and attached carport. We provide 4 adult and 2 youth kayaks, 2 stand up paddleboards, and a floating swim mat.

We provide unscented premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. There is also a starter supply of coffee, creamer, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent sheets.
We are located on a peaceful canal just minutes from the majestic, crystal clear Weeki Wachee River that leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico just a mile downstream. Public boat ramps are located nearby. Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is a short drive away, or five miles upstream on the river. We include 4 adult and 2 youth kayaks and 2 SUPs. Bring your boat, canoe, or paddleboard, or just rent a boat nearby to experience the wildlife and beauty of Florida’s Nature Coast.
