CONDO UNIT SPACE DESCRIPTION:
The converted STUDIO SPACE is of MODERN INTERIOR DESIGN with HOMEY ambiance enhanced and highlighted by its multiple lighting fixtures that induce a relaxing mood. This condo unit is furnished and has a balcony that allows you to appreciate the surrounding nature that embraces the property and offers PRIVACY and SERENITY to its residents and guests.
The unit is equipped with WIFI and a Smart TV (with NETFLIX ) and is conducive to Work from Home activities brought by the pandemic times.
The total floor area of our condo unit is 38 sqm, including the spacious balcony. It is a converted STUDIO SPACE with a breakfast nook and one bathroom /toilet.
We also would suggest that our guests must bring their vehicle as the condominium building is a few meters of distance from the national highway. The road going down the sloping hill to the property and back and forth may be inconvenient for walking. There is a PARKING SLOT RESERVED for our own guest. The condo property is adjacent to the newly built and famous Twin Lakes Hotel.
For guests with their private vehicles, PARKING AREAS are at the covered ground floor level of the Vineyard Merlot Building Parking Slot # 1.

The condo building property has an Amenity Area with a gym, outdoor jacuzzi, music room, and game room. The Property Management Office manages this. Kindly approach the front office desk at the lobby to log in and register to use the area.
Please be informed that only a maximum of two (2) persons per day are allowed to access and use the Amenity Area due to COVID-19 health protocols (advance reservation of slots is required).

We apologize that COOKING is NOT ALLOWED inside the unit for safety precaution and unpleasant odor. Moreover, it defeats the purpose of your holiday vacation as cooking will deprive you of your precious time in touring Metro Tagaytay and enjoying the place. There are a number of restaurants in the Twin Lakes Commercial Village and within its surrounding vicinity along the National Highway.
However, you can bring cooked food, and there is a microwave provided for reheating, an electric kettle, pop-up bread toaster, eating utensils, and a big refrigerator for food storage. A rice cooker is provided if you wish to cook rice. Use it for this purpose only.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in our unit.
***Please bring your own hygiene kit (bath soap , shampoo, toothpaste, towels and your slippers, too. We dont provide disposable slippers.
