An entire home for you to enjoy, with a fully fenced back yard, driveway and garage. Equipped with a gas BBQ, outdoor fire pit, and deck furniture. Come sit back, rest and enjoy a game of corn hole or croquet while you soak in the beautiful surroundings and sounds of nature.

We are committed to using products that are environmentally friendly, plant based and free of animal cruelty.

Winter weather is unpredictable, we recommend to know the weather for the Welches area and snow tires or traction devices may be needed to get onto the property. We try to keep the driveway and walkway clear of snow, but snow happens and we supply a snow shovel and sleds.

A short drive to Meadows, Timberline and Ski-bowl resorts. And close to hiking and biking trails and lakes for your enjoyment. You can easily catch the Sandy shuttle up to Timberline, Ski-bowl, or Government camp if you prefer not to drive to all your mountain adventures.
