Situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside, we are surrounded by fields and stunning views. The perfect place to relax.

We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train.

Located on our family farm, we have animals on site, including horses, cows, goats, dogs, cats and 2 micro pigs (Gavin & Stacey) so some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

The space
Top Row Apartment is a self contained apartmentment within our newly converted barn, situated on our old farm in the heart of the West Yorkshire countryside.

The space is modern and comfortable and comprises of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, toaster and microwave.

There is one double bedroom with king size bed, smart TV and large wardrobe and a modern bathroom with shower.

There is also an optional fold out double bed that can be set up in either the bedroom or living area.

The space is completely separate and locked off from the rest of the house and guests have their own private entrance to the property.

Outside is a small seating area that is a real sun trap on a summer evening, the perfect place to enjoy a drink and unwind!

Other things to note
Please be aware you’ll be staying on our family farm. You are likely to see animals around the farm on your stay (all friendly).

There are two small dogs on the farm that are likely to come and greet you if they see you, please be assured they are very friendly!
