The space
Junior Mint is a thoughtfully designed tiny home that combines modern comforts with cozy farmhouse charm. Despite its compact footprint, the home comfortably accommodates up to four guests and offers everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway.

Inside you’ll find:
• A private bedroom with a queen bed and sliding barn door
• A loft sleeping area with a second queen bed
• A comfortable living area with TV and loveseat
• A fully equipped kitchen with a full-size gas range, farmhouse sink, and plenty of space for preparing meals
• A full bathroom with modern finishes
• Beautiful shiplap walls and warm wood accents throughout

After a day of hiking waterfalls, exploring Asheville, or visiting local breweries, return home to enjoy your private outdoor patio, community fire pit, and peaceful surroundings.

One of the best parts of staying at Junior Mint is enjoying the outdoors. Sip your morning coffee on the patio, spend your evenings gathered around the community fire pit, and enjoy the quiet charm of tiny home living surrounded by nature.



Our fully-equipped kitchen with a farmhouse sink, window bench, and full-size gas range invites you to prepare meals or enjoy your morning brew with a view. Step outside to your private patio, perfect for evening relaxation by the fire pit or a casual BBQ.

While we welcome your furry friends, please ensure they're pre-approved with a modest pet fee for their stay. Note that weekends are reserved for full enjoyment—Friday bookings

Guest access
You have the entire tiny home to yourself in privacy. You can also enjoy the shared grounds and facilities. Be sure to visit the creek and gather around the communal fire pit, which is provided with wood.

Other things to note
Mills River is located conveniently between Brevard and Asheville. We are located 25 minutes from downtown Asheville and 15 minutes to Brevard. Enjoy all the outdoor activities that this area has to offer from Mountain biking to hiking near waterfalls at Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest. You can then enjoy the many breweries or restaurants in this area. Sierra Nevada Brewery and Oscar Blues are just 10 minutes away!

* 3 Night Minimum required for all holidays. These include: New Year's Eve, MLK, Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
