Enjoy the privacy and comfort of the Master bedroom:
With a new KING mattress, plenty of storage space & a smart TV, our guests can relax after a fun day sight seeing. The windows have wooden blinds for privacy and to block out light. With a large en suite, there's a shower, large vanity and new, plush towels for our guests.
Second lower bedroom: This is a spacious bedroom! Two Queen Beds and a Twin upper bunk. All new mattresses with extra blankets and pillows. There is also a connected bathroom, and a washer/dryer laundry closet. All our bedrooms come with their owns TV and storage space for clothing.
Loft: We've made sure the loft bedrooms are comfortable for adults and kids. Two Queen beds, TV, and a nightstand with convenient lighting throughout the loft.

🔹BATHROOMS:
Both bathrooms are on the first floor off of the bedrooms. They lead directly to the hot tub deck. This makes it very easy to go from hot tub to shower without enduring a long walk through a property!
🔹KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM:
The first floor living area is an open concept space so your entire group can hang out together easily. The large Smart TV can be watched from the dining table or the comfort of the two leather sofas. With plenty of seating options, everyone is certain to have a spot to hang out.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes many large & small appliances in addition to pots, pans, rice maker, crockpot and more! the kitchen island has additional seating, with granite counter tops and swivel stools, its easy to grab a snack and watch TV. Whether you want to cook up a meal or order in, there's space at the solid wood dining table for your group to gather and dine together.

Other things to note
This is a resort community. There will be other cabins around you-not an isolated cabin. However, it is generally a quiet area, with plenty of indoor space and activities but also close enough to the main road to get to grocery stores and tourist areas if desired.
There is wildlife of course, this is a cabin in the woods! Do not try to attract animals to the property. There are also ladybugs-at times a lot of them. The resort does try to control their spread but you will likely see them during some seasons
There are large rocks-please watch your children around them.
The pool is open during the summer months (usually end of May, weather permitting). No lifeguard on duty, again watch your kids around pool area.
HOT TUB - please read the info provided at the cabin on hot tub use. If it looks cloudy on your arrival or is not hot yet, that is because it was just drained, sanitized and treated before your stay. It may take a few hours to heat up.
PARTIES - this is a resort neighborhood, please respect the other neighbors and do not hold parties here
SMOKING - not permitted in or on cabin property
—PET FREE CABIN, you will be asked to leave with no refund if a pet is brought. $250 charge for bringing a pet.. guests will be asked to vacate immediately
SUPPLIES- we provide a starter amount of paper products, cleaning products and toiletries. Please bring your own supplies if staying beyond two nights
Due to wildlife concerns, as in all cabins in the Smokies, the neighborhood has bear proof receptacles for trash. These are located at the exit of the resort, guests are asked to please dispose of trash there.
**By booking this cabin you are agreeing to the following RENTAL RULES:
1. Smoking, candles, open flames not permitted in the cabin or on the porch or balconies ($200 charge will be applied and guests may be asked to leave if extra cleaning in the cabin necessary due to smoke)
2. Only those in the guest party permitted to stay. MAXIMUM 8 PEOPLE
3. Neighborhood enforced quiet hours 10pm-8am
4. NOT a party cabin, do not book for parties
5. Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises.
6. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings of the renter
7. Furnishings and appliances should be left in the manner provided to the renter
8. Hot tub is for adults, there's a risk involved in any hot tub, use at your own risk
9. Fireplace -do not place anything in fireplace. This will cause considerable damage which will be charged to the renter
**Fireplace turned off April 1-October1st - it will not be operational during that time**
10. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the renter, INCLUDING TOWELS & SHEETS
11. The renter agrees to remove all food from the cabin at the end of their stay and leave the cabin as it was presented to them on arrival. We will automatically keep deposit if this is not done
