Perched on a hillside, this custom home offers a "penthouse in the pines" vibe with treetop views, stargazing, and solar backup. Inside, spinning records and warm organic textures soften the modern design. Sip espresso by the fireplace, cool off in the AC, and charge your EV in the garage. Enjoy the guest-favorite loft and dedicated workspaces. Bordering forest trails, you are just mins to Aldea Weddings, I-17, Pepsi Amphitheater, NAU/shopping, and downtown Flagstaff. Your cozy mountain getaway!

The space
Designed with both gathering and privacy in mind, the home easily accommodates groups, families, and wedding attendees.

3 Private Bedrooms: Quiet, cozy retreats fitted with luxury linens and generous closet space (including a professional garment steamer and iron in the primary suite for formal wear)!

The Open Loft (4th Sleeping Area): A guest-favorite, multi-use space featuring comfortable queen size beds, reading chairs, and a dedicated workspace. (Please note: The loft is an open-concept space overlooking the lower level, not a fully enclosed 4th bedroom).

The Living Area: Soaring ceilings, treetop forest views, a cozy fireplace, and a record player.

Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked kitchen with an espresso bar, wine/champagne glassware, and everything you need for group meals or a pre-ceremony toast.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, including the garage (for parking and EV charging), the backyard, and the 234 sq ft front deck.

Please note: the "front door" is around the right side of the house under the covered patio.

Other things to note
Sleeping Layout: The home offers 3 private bedrooms plus a 4th sleeping area in our open-concept guest loft. Please review the floor plan and photos to ensure this layout fits your group's privacy preferences!

Mountain Roads & Altitude: Flagstaff sits at 7,000 feet! Weather can change quickly. During winter months, 4WD/AWD or tire chains may be required for mountain roads and our hillside driveway.

Forest & Wildlife: Our neighborhood borders the Coconino National Forest where it is likely to encounter local wildlife. Please keep all food indoors and do not leave trash outside unless secured in the outdoor bins.

Quiet Hours: To be respectful of our quiet mountain neighborhood and forest setting, outdoor quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No excessive noise, please.

Safety & Security: For your safety and property security, we have exterior-only security cameras monitoring the entryway, driveway and backyard. No cameras are located inside or facing private areas.

I am addicted to experiencing culture!!! I love to travel, even if it's just a quick trip somewhere nearby. My favorite and most exotic travel destination so far is Thailand (Bangkok + Phuket). My husband and I were there for 2 weeks in 2013 for our honeymoon. Now we have two sweet little girls who travel with us. We love to play board games and explore the great outdoors. We are in search of serenity on our trips!!
