This relaxing getaway is a one of a kind on the lower level of Private Residence. Quaint PRIVATE Guest Suite complete with Efficiency kitchen, Queen Bed in private BR, LR with sofa bed. Enjoy your Beautiful covered porch and private entrance. The Suite is on the lower level of home that sits directly on the Chattahoochee River, easy Walk into Helen

The space
Lower porch is covered, entrance into the Guest Suite is thru a sliding glass door that also has foot locks. Front room is a nice relaxing space with a smart TV and Pop up queen size sofa bed. Linens are stowed under Lounge section of couch.
The Bedroom is next with a Queen Size bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, wall fan, extra blankets and beach towels are located in bottom drawers along with games
Bedroom is attached to the bathroom, towels are located under the sink. Full size bathtub/shower. A assortment of backup items are for your use if needed.
Please bring your own Bath/shower products
The Kitchenette/Laundry room is well equipped. Kuerig single Coffee maker, 12 Cup coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender and crockpot. Dishes/paper products/glasses/cup and assorted condiments are in the cupboard. Refrigerator/Freezer & Full-size washer/dryer are also located in This area. Just reach out to us if you need anything

Guest access
Guest have the lower level of owner occupied house. The guest suite and porch has private entrance, Living Room/Bedroom/Bathroom/kitchenette space. Table and couch setting on the outside porch(completely covered)

Other things to note
There are 4 steps up to entrance landing and 10 steps down to Lower Level so this rental IS NOT Handicap Accessible
Private Parking is right at the Entrance Gates! Park and Stay-you can walk to town.

*****Suite is for 2 Adults only - 3+ is not an option.

Please understand that this is the lower level of my home. Just recently received 5 Stars but a overall 4 Stars because Guest thought they were getting the whole house so I am spreading this information out loud!

DURING THE SUMMER (Daylight hours) THERE ARE TUBERS IN THE RIVER AND LOCAL ENTERTAINERS PLAYING MUSIC ACROSS THE RIVER.

"Guests should be aware that the forest/country is home to many creatures great and small. Some of the tiny ones may get into the CLEAN house from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, a pack rat, snake or bear……need I continue?"

The Cabin is located on the North end of the charming Bustling German-style town of Alpine Helen, GA. It is perfectly located as it is within quick walking distance to everything Helen has to offer.
2 Blocks from Main Street
5 minute walk to City Center and stores, ride the go-karts, slide down the water slides, fishing, tubing, rafting, hiking and exploring all that North Georgia has to offer.
Trout fishing is right out your door, close to a great fishing hole (must acquire a trout fishing License and your own gear)
Restaurants:
Hofbrauhaus is located right across the River, King Ludwig Biergarten, Old Bavaria Inn, Betty's Country Store, Hofer's and Alpine Cafe are all about a 6 minute Walk. Longest walk across town is about 20 minutes
