Gorgeous grandmillennial styled duplex dazzling with charm. This upstairs “loft” unit is very spacious, walking distance to the zoo, Overton Park + near the best entertainment areas. The coziness and comfort of this home is wonderful - you'll feel like you're on a European holiday. The bedrooms are huge and exquisite with fluffy bedding. The shower is spa-like. The kitchen is chef-approved. And the balcony patio is twinkly, cozy, and relaxing. Lots of room for 6 people and your pet!

The space
This aesthetic duplex "loft" unit has all the grandmillennial vibes and style. The rooms are large yet snug. It's an absolute dream home and you’ll want to stay forever in all the over the top coziness that comes along with it. Every room hugs you and is the perfect place to curl up with a good book or TV show and a coffee or wine underneath a fluffy blanket. As fantastic as the city of Memphis is with so much to see and eat (all the best places right around the corner by the way), it’ll be difficult to tear yourself away from the comfort and ambiance of this home.

Every room is unique and cozy with so much old home charm. The kitchen was inspired by several photos of Julia Child's kitchens, leaning particularly on the one in France, styled French-retro. It's fully stocked and chef-approved, as your host is a personal chef by day. It features a gas burner range, brand new cookware and tools, and beautiful selection of dishes, perfect for meals to serve in the absolutely stunning dining room.

There are two very large bedrooms with soft luxury style bedding, a TV in each room, and plenty of space to hang and store clothing/luggage. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has two queen beds, and the living room includes several unique and fun seating options.

The living room and dining room sparkle with such elegance, you'll want to take a ton of photos - which also makes it the perfect place for bachelorette parties, bridal photos, wedding preparation, and friend and family gatherings.

There's one bathroom that was designed to feel like an elegant spa. The shower is amazing - so light-filled and relaxing. Other amenities include keyless entry, laundry area with washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs, and high-speed internet.

This home is walking distance to The Memphis Zoo and Overton Park (1/2 mile, less than 10 minute walk) with some of the most beautiful historic homes you'll pass along the way. A very short drive to Overton Square (1.3 miles), Cooper Young (2.5 miles), and downtown (3 miles). It’s truly in the middle of all of best entertainment districts in the city. A quick Uber drive, a bike rental, a scooter rental, or just jump in your own car and you can be anywhere very quickly!
