Start your morning with a cup of Nespresso coffee & watch the sunrise over Provost Cove...and later watch the sun go down over Northumberland Strait! Enjoy the huge 32'x12' entertaining back deck, a gorgeous sunroom, and lounging sundeck on the front of the house.

The space
The moment you drive down Campbells Way, you’ll see breathtaking ocean views and wide open spaces for long walks along the beach and the road. The first step inside provides you with views of the ocean and the cove, which you can enjoy from every room of the house. Wake up early and take in the sunrise off the ginormous back deck with cozy sectional seating with a propane gas pit. Imagine having lovely lunches on the outside around the dining table for 8. Lounge in the open, vaulted living/dining room near the fireplace while your companions are in the gourmet kitchen.

But what if it rains, you ask? The garage is ALSO ginormous – and we have tables (and cloth tablecloths) and plenty of chairs for inclement gatherings with family and friends.

And don’t forget the sunroom – perfect for lazy days in the sun, reading a book, playing cards, or putting together a puzzle.

The cozy basement is perfect for watching your favorite movie with a large television and comfortable, reclining chairs. With two bedrooms downstairs along with a queen sleeper sofa, there is a kitchenette in the bathroom to grab a cold bevvie, microwave some popcorn, or even make a morning cup of coffee.

HOA-owned private ocean beach access is available just across the street.

I travel extensively and have two houses - one in Scottsdale, AZ and the other in PEI. I like to travel, read great books, both eat and prepare fabulous food, go to the movies and play a little golf. My favorite place in the entire world (so far) is Capri, Italy. My favorite movie is the Shawshank Redemption. My favorite band is OneRepublic. I don't eat Italian, but I eat just about everything else.
