The space
This is the location to relax and watch the boats go by. ***Possible to bring your own boat with pre-approval. Message Host for details***

The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen (even a blender to whip up a batch of margaritas), dining table for six, and living room with a large deck. The deck overlooks the yacht basin with a western view, perfect for sunsets. A half-bath is also on the main floor.

The top floor has the bedrooms and more bathrooms; Master bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and private deck looking over the water; Guest bedroom with a queen bed; Bunk room with sleeping for four on twin bunk beds. A washer & dryer as well as another bathroom are in the hallway.

The garage contains a beach cart, and some sand toys for the kids.

Fishing and crabbing can be done from the community gazebo and dock.

Beach access is across the street, down one block (<3-minute walk).

- We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with own supplies based on your personal needs. We do NOT supply shampoo/conditioner/body soap.

Violation of any of our House Rules, including guests over our 8-person maximum, undisclosed animals, smoking or parties can and will result in the immediate cancelation of your reservation with no refund given. By booking this property, you agree to these terms.

NO KEYS TO LOSE! You will have your own access code for the duration of your stay.

SECURED GARAGE to store beach toys or supplies; and you will find it already has some sand toys for the kids as well as a beach cart.

Over-sized parking spaces provide enough room for a boat trailer or multiple cars.

SHARED POOL for Captain’s Quarters residents and guests; open seasonally.

Captain’s Quarters also has its own DOCK AND GAZEBO – perfect for fishing and crabbing with the kids – and a great launch spot for kayaks and paddle boards.

As we are situated on the north end of a peninsula on an island, (super cool-- check out a map view!), there will be times we experience high water events such as King Tides and Hurricanes.

We are also a short drive from Wilmington (~15 miles)

There are two supermarkets on the island – Food City and Publix (~2 miles)

No non-registered guests/visitors.
