Sunset ridge is a brand new home built in 2022 - sleeps up to 14 guests - 11 beds & pet friendly! Just 15 minutes from downtown Hendersonville and 25 minutes from Asheville airport. Sits on over 4 acres of land with the most amazing mountain views! Firepit & outdoor fireplace! Up in the mountains but close to all the comforts of home and very easy to get to. Spend quiet time in the mountains but also enjoy delicious restaurants, wineries &breweries close by.

The space
The home sits on over 4 acres of land including flat land with a fire pit and space for kids to play football, plus land down the mountain.

The home is 3500 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a super cool bunk room! Two indoor entertaining spaces with living space upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs is a very cool hangout space with a 65 inch TV, air hockey table, shuffleboard/bowling table, lots of board games to play and the cutest hidden kids space!! The oversized porch upstairs has everything to enjoy the most amazing views you will ever see! An outdoor stone fireplace, 65 inch TV, seating for 16 people! Rock in our favorite rocking chairs enjoying a hot cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Sunsets are the best time for the view! Outside the bottom level are Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view, a hanging egg chair that kids love and lots of space for corn hole or other games!

All the beds are brand new, high quality and super comfy along with the softest bedding and all different types of pillows to be able to pick your favorite. There is high speed internet to stream your favorite shows from one of the 5 TVs in the home and YouTube TV included so you don't miss your favorite show or college football game. Upstairs has a soundbar speaker to enhance the sound of the TV or use it with bluetooth to listen to your favorite music from your devices. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig & drip coffee pot, plates, utensils, cups, wine glasses and coffee mugs!

Guest access
The house is very easy to get to and equipped with smart locks that you will receive your personalized code before check in. The drive to the house is all paved roads and very easy to get to. Driveway can fit 4 cars and has garage access included.

Other things to note
Hendersonville, NC is absolutely the best town around!! It has everything you could hope for! The home is about 40 minutes from downtown Asheville but Hendersonville has so much you may never need to go to Asheville! The most delicious restaurants, wineries, breweries, shopping and activities for kids! Some of our favorites - Postero, Shine, Black Bear Coffee Shop, McFarlan's Bakery & Hands On Kids Museum. We are also only 15 minutes from Chimney Rock and Lake Lure!
