The space
This is THE location to relax and watch the boats go by. ***Possible to bring your own boat with pre-approval. Message Host for details***

The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen (even a blender to whip up a batch of margaritas), dining table for six, and living room with a large deck. The deck overlooks the yacht basin with a western view, perfect for sunsets. A half-bath is also on the main floor.

The top floor has the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; Master bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and private deck looking over the water. Other two bedrooms also have queen beds. A washer & dryer as well as another bathroom are in the hallway.

The garage is the perfect spot to store your beach and fishing gear. Guests may also secure any bikes, kayaks, surfboards or a golf cart they want to rent during their stay.

Fishing and crabbing can be done from the community gazebo and dock.

Beach access is across the street, down one block (<3-minute walk).

- We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach/pool towels are NOT provided.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with own supplies based on your personal needs. We do NOT supply shampoo/conditioner/body soap.

We reserve the right to collect an additinal $500 damage deposit from all new and non-reviewed guests. This deposit is returned to guests following a post check-out inspection of the property.
Violation of any of our House Rules, including guests over our 6 person maximum, undisclosed animals, smoking or parties can and will result in the immediate cancelation of your reservation with no refund given. By booking this property, you agree to these terms.

Guest access
The whole condo is yours to use with the exception of a locked owner's closet upstairs and in the garage.

Other things to note
There is a boat slip included with this listing but proof of insurance MUST be submitted prior to arrival. This is an HOA rule.
