This Gulf front building is a short walk to the beach, with no major streets to cross. Park at the door and bring your luggage in with ease, no flights of stairs or elevators to navigate. Because we are on the first floor with walkout access, there is no view of the ocean. Enjoy an equipped

The space
Our ground floor corner condo makes you feel like you have your own large backyard, where you can throw the football or frisbee, all while just a short walk from two pools, powdery sand beaches, turquoise waters, and gorgeous sunsets.

Sunset Corner is on exclusive Holiday Isle, a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. This beautiful condo has two bedrooms and two baths. With a king bed in the master, a full bed and a twin bunk bed in the guest room. This lovely condo sleeps 6 guests. Boasting a private balcony, and plenty of green space! We also provide 4 beach chairs, and each have their own small cooler attached.

Sunset Corner is the prime spot for your next Destin vacation!

The Islander property features two pools, one is seasonally heated, two hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, covered grill gazebo, on-site fitness center, and our lovely private beach. Play tennis, or pickle ball on the resorts two courts. An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor. Area activities include sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, para-sailing, as well as wave runner and paddle-board rentals.

Enjoy Destin's crystal waters and, white powder sand, sunshine!

It is suggested to purchase travel insurance, Hurricane season is from June 1 to Dec 1, and there will be no refunds for cancelled bookings due to hurricanes or mandatory evacuations.

We encourage all guests to buy travel insurance. Rental agreement must be signed and security deposit secured before check-in instructions will be sent.

Holiday Isle is a serene little oasis in the middle of Destin, removed from US Highway 98 traffic, with 2.5 miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring, close to Noriega Point park. Located just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

Please be aware that this is a beach environment, so we have critters who are part of nature. They sometimes get in if doors or windows are left open.
