Breakfast room, Balcony, Patio, Large front porch. Please Note: This 1852 Historic Evans House/ Belmont Inn was built before the Civil War is NOT (ADA) Americans with Disabilities Act approve.

Room 5 with Two Queen Beds at the Belmont Inn / Historic Evans House Built before the Civil War in 1852 is on the 2nd Floor. Interior walls 3 brick wide 16” very quiet. Your Private Bathroom with door code is across the hall. All other rooms have in the room private baths no one usually in the hall. 2nd Floor Sitting Library with balcony.
1st floor Breakfast Room, front Entrance Lobby, front porch, back Patio, Yard/ grounds. Rooms have Equestrian Names.

This Room is Large on the 2nd Floor up the stairs to the left with a private bathroom across the hall with a door code. All other rooms are king rooms with in the room bathrooms. Usually No one is in the hall.

Hello from Linda and Mark Johnson. Thank you for supporting the preservation of this 1852 Historic Evans House. Built before the Civil War. Clean, Comfortable beds, Quiet, Safe, Sound Proof Rooms. Free Breakfast items, Netflix/Cable Flat screen TV’s, Wifi and safe Parking. King Rooms 1,2,3 & 4 have in room private bathrooms. Room 5 double Queen has private bathroom with door code across the hall. Easy self check in with personal door code.
