PARTIES AND EVENTS: Require special permission for any group over 7 people. Please contact us when booking. Depending on the number of guests and timeframe of the event, we typically allow most birthdays and small gatherings for an additional event fee. Please keep in mind that a maximum of just 7 people can stay overnight.

Given the unique nature of the property and to protect the experience for all fans and future visitors, we ask that you please be careful with the numerous vintage props, handmade features and set decor. Many of these items and set pieces are fragile, so we ask that you respect the space and especially if you are traveling with children, that you do all you can to ensure items are not damaged.

LOSS AND DAMAGE POLICY: Unfortunately we have had several instances of guests breaking and even stealing items. By staying at the 80s Things House, you assume all liability for loss, theft and damage. We will hold you financially responsible for any missing or broken items, furniture, or any component of the house.
