The space
Located just minutes from historic Old Town Clovis, and right off the 168 freeway, you're in the perfect launch spot to Yosemite, The Sequoias, Shaver Lake, beautiful fishing, boating and hiking spots; all in our backyard here in California's beautiful Central Valley.
🎸 80's Throwback Bedroom: Visit the Starcourt Mall and drift off to the tunes of your favorite retro mixtape in a bedroom bursting with vibrant 80s charm. Neon lights, vintage decor, and nostalgic vibes will transport you to the era of Walkman’s and arcade games.
📼 Iconic Byers Living Room: Recreate the series’ most memorable scenes in our Byers family living room, complete with a VHS collection, The Hawkins Post and the iconic alphabet wall lights that just might send you a message.
🌈 Hawkins Lab Rainbow Bathroom: Test your mind, solve puzzles and even take a hot shower in this laboriously detailed slice of Hawkins' notorious testing grounds.
👾 Gateway to the Upside Down: Dare to venture into the mysterious and eerie Upside Down! An immersive experience like no other awaits, blending the thrill of Hawkins with a touch of otherworldly intrigue.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
There are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the Stranger Things House, which sleeps 7 occupants.
- 80's Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed (2 people)
- Upside-down Room - 1 Queen Sofa Bed (2 people)
- Dustin's Room - Triple Bunkbed (3 people)
With unique photo ops, hidden Easter eggs, and all the creature comforts of home, this Stranger Things-inspired haven is perfect for fans, families, and thrill-seekers. Stay Strange!
Guest access
The entire house is available for use. The backyard is the only part of the property that is currently unavailable.

PARTIES AND EVENTS: Require special permission for any group over 7 people. Please contact us when booking. Depending on the number of guests and timeframe of the event, we typically allow most birthdays and small gatherings for an additional event fee. Please keep in mind that a maximum of just 7 people can stay overnight.
Given the unique nature of the property and to protect the experience for all fans and future visitors, we ask that you please be careful with the numerous vintage props, handmade features and set decor. Many of these items and set pieces are fragile, so we ask that you respect the space and especially if you are traveling with children, that you do all you can to ensure items are not damaged.
LOSS AND DAMAGE POLICY: Unfortunately we have had several instances of guests breaking and even stealing items. By staying at the Stranger Things House, you assume all liability for loss, theft and damage. We will hold you financially responsible for any missing or broken items, furniture, or any component of the house.
