STAIRS: This apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator. Please consider this when booking if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs or will be traveling with heavy luggage.

We do not offer onsite parking due to our French Quarter location. Street parking is available with metered 2-hour limits during the day (7 AM–7 PM). Overnight street parking is free where permitted (7 PM–7 AM). Please follow all posted signage.

There are also several nearby paid parking garages and lots throughout the French Quarter, most operated by Premium Parking. Guests typically find the Premium Parking app helpful for real-time availability.

Saint Philip Residence is located in a historic early-1800s French Quarter building with original architectural character.

As with many historic properties in the area, some original features remain throughout the space, including doors, walls, and windows. These details reflect the authentic character of New Orleans and may show natural age.
