This well-appointed 1 bedroom condo with balcony overlooking St Philip St is located in the heart of the iconic French Quarter.
We are less than 50 steps from Bourbon St, the finest restaurants in the world, as well as countless attractions.
Saint Philip Residence is comprised of beautiful condos cleverly designed with all the comforts and modern luxuries of home.

BEDROOM
The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress featuring a balcony with views of the French Quarter.

LIVING AREA
Comprised of an open concept living space, the living area features one day bed with two twin beds, a 55" smart tv, and a bistro table for two.

KITCHENETTE
The kitchenette features cabinet storage, an electric hot plate, a microwave, and a mini fridge.

BALCONY
You can relax in this gorgeous condo with a large balcony overlooking bustling St Philip Street in the heart of the French Quarter. It has a seating area for 4 guests.

BATHROOMS
There is 1 full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

COURTYARD
You can also relax in the luscious shared courtyard with a Hurricane cocktail, Sazerac, or Pimms cup before venturing out to your favorite restaurant.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Luggage storage is not available.

PARKING
We do not offer onsite parking due to our French Quarter location. Street parking is available with metered 2-hour limits during the day (7 AM–7 PM). Overnight street parking is free where permitted (7 PM–7 AM). Please follow all posted signage.

There are also several nearby paid parking garages and lots throughout the French Quarter, most operated by Premium Parking. Guests typically find the Premium Parking app helpful for real-time availability.

HISTORIC BUILDING
Saint Philip Residence is located in a historic early-1800s French Quarter building with original architectural character.

As with many historic properties in the area, some original features remain throughout the space, including doors, walls, and windows. These details reflect the authentic character of New Orleans and may show natural age.

STAIRS

Saint Philip Residence a Hospitality of New Orleans property has been often called the best-hidden gem in the city. The building is a brick double townhouse that follows the Creole traditional architectural style. Its exterior stairways, balustrades, window treatments, fluted columns and capitals, fences and gates are all original, providing you with the quintessential French Quarter experience. Saint Philip Residence overlooks Saint Philip Street and features 15 residential-style apartments, a lush courtyard, and multiple private and semi-private balconies. In each space you will find plenty of room to relax; arranged more like apartments than a traditional hotel room. You'll feel right at home with us! Famed author Robert Stone lived here with his wife Janice when he wrote “Hall of Mirrors” in 1960. The book was later turned into a Hollywood movie called WUSA. Saint Philip Residence is the true flavor of New Orleans and has a very colorful past. In the 1940's it was a brothel run by one of New Orleans most notorious madams. The very large gallery balconies overlooking St Philip street and surrounding streets are mesmerizing and a great place for morning coffee or sipping wine in the evening, not to mention people watching as there are always events, parades, and interesting people passing by.
