"Steps to the Sea" is a beachfront condo with a private pool and unobstructed views of the ocean on the 17th floor. We are located in the Sterling Reef building. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pull out couch. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, 3 Smart TVs, and a gorgeous patio balcony with lounge chairs and incredible views. The condo also has a gym, grill area and parking. We are right across the street from Shipwreck Island Waterpark and the County Pier!

The space
Steps to the Sea is a bedroom 2 bathroom condo on the 17th floor. The condo is beachfront with an unobstructed view of the ocean.

We offer free beach service - 2 chairs and a large umbrella - set up on the beach. In addition to the beach service, there are extra chairs and umbrellas in the condo to take to the beach with you if you need more than 2.

The couch is a pull-out bed, allowing the condo to accommodate 6 people.

There is an in-unit washer and dryer, free WiFi, Smart TV’s, on-site parking, private beach access, a private beachfront pool, and an on-site gym.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the unit and all of the propriety amenities including the parking garage, the grill area, the gym facility, the private pool, and private beach access through the secured gate.
