Located on Big Island Pond in Southern New Hampshire, Sanborn Shore Acres is an all-seasonal campground, catering to the interests of outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy swimming, fishing and boating. Don’t let the name deceive you: Big Island Pond is a large lake by any definition, with 500 acres, 15 miles of shoreline, and crystal-clear waters reaching depths of approximately 75 feet. With a large private beach.

Guest access
Our guest have access to all our common spaces. Guest can join all the campground activities at no extra cost. We do Christmas in July, trick or treating, bands and DJ’s and much more.

Other things to note
Cottage’s only heat source is space heaters.

Boat ramp use is available to launch boat or PWC for daily lake use at an additional cost, paid on-site. No dock is available.

Boats must be clean of other water body usage to prevents the threat of invasive species that can attach to your boat and infest a different area of water.
