This bright and breezy townhome is perched in the coveted Sound of the Sea community—so close to the ocean it feels like oceanfront, with jaw-dropping views from every deck and beach access just steps away.

With spectacular ocean views, easy walk to the beach, and poolside, this Sound of the Sea townhome has something for everyone in your group or family. You will be within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, walking/jogging/biking paths, mini golf, waterslides and so much more! Sound of the Sea is a perfect oceanfront spot!

The beachy boho-styled living space named 'Southern Tide' is the perfect place to gather with family or friends for a week-long vacation or a long weekend. Ocean views from each deck with multiple relaxing spaces ensure everyone has a place to comfortably gather.

Ground Floor: The ground floor features bedrooms 3 & 4, a shared full bath, with entrances on both the street side and the oceanside. Plus, you can play a friendly game of foosball when not relaxing on the patio that leads out to the beach or pool.

First Floor: The main entrance door leads to the main living area, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen as well as an oceanfront deck with seating for relaxing while enjoying the ocean views. For convenience, there is a half bath.

Second Floor: More living space with bedrooms 1 & 2, plus a shared bath with shower and double sinks. Bedroom 1 features an oceanfront deck with furniture and spectacular views of that 'Southern Tide'.

Additional Amenities: Tennis courts, basketball hoop, 2 outdoor seasonal pools

Parking: 2 permitted parking spots. Parking passes are required and will be provided at check in. Golf carts are permitted and count as a parking space. Rents on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday. No smoking, no pets.
