There is no extra charge to heat the spa, as it is on demand heating. In the cooler months the spa can take a couple of hours to heat up.

Guest access
Entire home is private to the guest staying. Guests will be given a designated code for their stay the day of arrival.
Other things to note
House Rules:
**This is a gated neighborhood with a 24/7 guard. Guests will be required to provide the names of all guests staying at the property at the time of booking for access to the neighborhood during your stay. All guests are required to show their ID when checking in at the guard shack to obtain access. Visitors to the property must be approved in advance and is at the hosts discretion. You must contact us to request approval of any non-guest visitors. **
****NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR LARGE GATHERINGS: This is a very quiet residential neighborhood and parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This rule will be strictly enforced.******

*There are a few steps down to each of the wings where the bedrooms are located, as well as to the living room, patio areas, to the front door of the home, and into the house from the garage.
