A getaway for the whole family. Relax and enjoy the serene peaceful atmosphere. We are just a 1 minute drive to the beautiful private community river access park. Enjoy kayaking, swimming, boating, tubbing, and fishing on the crystal clear spring fed river. Enjoy the private community river access park. There is always plenty of parking. Kayaks and paddle boards are complementary. You’ll need to be able to transport them 0.4 miles to the river access park.

The space
2 bedroom 2 bath home with a large front patio. We are not directly on the river, it’s a 1 min drive! The lot is spacious and very quiet and pretty. Sit on the porch and enjoy the view and the birds. This home is in a neighborhood so quiet time is 10pm.

Other things to note
The community gate key is complementary and does have a fee of $300 if lost or not returned.
Free use of kayaks and paddle boards. There is 1 kayak dolly. The river is a 1 min drive or a 6-7 min walk. Using the kayak dolly it may be approx. 10min walk. Always have a life vest for each person a whistle. The steps and boat ramp at the river park is very slippery. water shoes are a must!
