Welcome to Serenity - A cozy cottage in the heart of The Triangle that offers the peace and comforts of home. Located just minutes away from UNC, NCCU, and Duke.

The space
This modern cottage is farmhouse meets cute. When you walk in you are introduced to an open floor plan with clear sight lines from the living room to the kitchen.

The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa, two soft cushiony chairs, and a television. The furniture pieces accent each side of the electric fire place which radiates heat on the coldest of days and also has color changing flames to create a warm ambiance. The flames can also be displayed without the heat setting if you just like a cozy feel.

The kitchen is bright white and the epitome of cleanliness with coordinating stainless steel appliances. Both the oven and the microwave have air fryer settings if you’re looking to prepare a quick and convenient meal. The center island doubles as additional prep space and dining. Cookware and tableware are all available at your leisure. Additionally, the kitchen includes a built in dedicated office space.

The hallway adjacent to the kitchen leads to the bathroom, bedrooms, and laundry closet. The first door to the left is the bathroom. It has a full sized tub good for soaking or bathing, and a relaxing rain head for those who prefer a pleasant shower.

Continue down the hall to the bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the left and has a queen size bed (Beautyrest Harmony mattress) layered in crisp white linens, 2 nightstands, and a closet for storage. This bedroom also includes a television for your viewing pleasure.

At the end of the hall to the right you'll find the second bedroom that has a double beds which will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or 2 children. This room also includes a closet. In the top of this closet you will find the linens for the sleeper sofa.

Positioned between both bedrooms is the laundry closet. A stackable washer and dryer unit along with complimentary detergent is available for your convenience. Opposite to the laundry closet you will find a small closet which houses the iron and ironing board.

Outside, relax on the deck overlooking a spacious backyard that is perfect for outdoor games. The fire pit area is perfect for roasting s’mores and sharing stories amongst family and friends.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire space with the exception of the closet in the kitchen which is used as the housekeeper's closet.

Other things to note
The hair dryer is stored in a cloth bag labeled “dryer” and hangs behind the bathroom door. Extra toothbrushes are located in vanity drawer.

A Netflix account is provided on both televisions for guests to use. You are also welcome to log in to your own accounts. If you choose to do so please remember to log out at the end of your stay.

This is a nonsmoking pet free rental. An additional fee of $150 will be charged for smoking or having pets in or on the premises.
