The space
** The Myrtle Beach/Surfside Beach/Garden City Beach renourishment project is expected to start in front of the Resort the 2nd to 3rd week of July and completed the first part of August. Dates could change due to weather, equipment repair, etc.
If you love hunting seashells and sharks teeth, then you will have a blast if you hunt the areas after they complete the renourishment. :) **
Ocean Front Studio - located on the 4th floor of The Renaissance tower in desired Myrtle Beach Resort.
1 Queen bed, 1 twin bunk bed, bathroom, full kitchen, coffee bar and sofa.
TV is hidden in dresser and can be accessed through tabs on side of dresser or simply lifting using remote. TV comes with free direct TV.
Wi-Fi is free for guest and can be accessed several ways. Simply tap or scan QR code using Wi-Fi porter block on Coffee bar or manually enter details on your phone or tablet. (Details in Welcome book or magnet on refrigerator)
This unit was decorated with comfort in mind.
Features: I-wave purifier built in HVAC, Dyson room purifier (hot/cool hp1), dehumidifier to keep humidity down and feather free pillows.
Linens provided. Beach towels (4) located in basket in living room as a back up for guest. (Beach towels belong to Seashell Pointe 401) but may be ordered and shipped to guest home if they desire.
*Unit is not ideal for guest with wheel chair/scooter/disability due to limited size of unit open space, bed and bathroom accessibility.
Laundry facility located on first floor.
Fitness room, sauna and hot tub located on first floor.
Private beach access, multiple pools, kiddies pool, lazy river, hot tubs and playground located on private gated 33 acres of pure bliss.
Guest are allowed to use any of the amenities located within the Resort.
For security of guest there are several cameras throughout the resort. Other owners in the resort have Ring/Arlo/security cameras installed at their entry door for additional security measures. Seashell Pointe 401 also has an Arlo doorbell/camera at the front entry door.
Due to severe allergens of unit owner and children, this unit is No pets.
$10 daily parking fee assessed by the resort. (Paid at the security station upon checking in) Can be paid in advance on their website.
If linen is needed to refreshed during stay, there is an option for that service at an additional charge of $80.
Government issued ID is required to be provided to host during booking process.

When loading and unloading, do not take the carts in the room for sanitary and to prevent damage to walls/doors/appliances. You will be charged $100 fine and cost of repairs.
Guest access
When checking in: Guest will obtain access by visiting security guard at the gate. (Far left lane).
Security guard will check government issued id to ensure id matches the name on reservation and guest is age 23 or older. They will provide guest with a pass to hang in rear view mirror and collect parking fees ($10 daily parking fee). The pass must be hung in rear view mirror during entire stay. Can pay parking in advance at resorts website.
Guest will be provided gate code and door code to access 24 hours prior to arrival.
When checking in, there is a 20 minute load/unload zone at the front of the Tower entrance. Once unloaded, you will park in The Tower parking lot. Please no carts in room for sanitary reasons and to avoid damage to unit walls/doors/appliances. You will be fined $100 and cost to repair any damages.
Guest have access to all amenities within the Resort.
