We love having you here! Please note that Scottsdale has a policy allowing a maximum of 6 adults (and their related dependent children) in our vacation rental.

PETS
As fellow animal lovers, we’re happy to welcome your pets! There will be a $200 fee to help cover the extra cleaning.

NOISE
To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, Scottsdale has a strict no noise policy. Please keep the volume down, as fines up to $2500 can be issued for noise complaints.

NO SMOKING
We ask that you refrain from smoking of any kind on the property, as it can result in a $300 cleaning fee.

POOL
Pool heating is available for $100 per day.
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate. Please leave the pool vacuum in place, and remember: NO GLASS in the pool area! If broken glass is found, a $1,000 fine will be enforced, as we must drain the pool and spa.
