All three bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms with double vanity and walk in closets. A large primary bedroom and en-suite with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, and a walk in shower.

Private rooftop heated pool with the option of increasing pool temperature upon request above 85º F (for additional charge) Private rooftop bar and gas BBQ.

Renaissance Building offers a well equipped gym, 2 elevators, parking garage, and easy access to town in just a short 10 minute walk. Wifi throughout, Apple TV with Netflix, and video surveillance in the outdoor areas as well as the front entrance to ensure safety. Guests may enjoy the use of the Sonos sound system.

South Shore: Amapas. Private and safe. Everything is accessible by foot. Markets, beach front, restaurants, night life, and hiking.

Puerto Vallarta is a Tropical destination, and the Penthouse is nestled in the mountain side of the Amapas which is home to many tropical insects, animals, and within close proximity to nature. Be aware there will be lizards and wild creatures that can access any building in the area. The condo does take action in controlling pests, however guests may encounter the odd wild creature and accept this fact upon booking.

There are random and rare power outage in Puerto Vallarta, and guests may experience interruptions in services due to this occurrence. (Elevator malfunctions, water interruptions, lack of A/C) Guests also accept the risk of this occurrence upon booking. Please know the property manager and host will assist guests however possible to aid in these rare but possible scenarios but are not responsible for natural disasters, their effects, or damages caused by them.
