Welcome to your Provincetown perch - an airy, light-filled escape right above Commercial Street with rare front-row views of all the July and August action. Perched just above the street, this home offers the best of both worlds: a vibrant, central location paired with unexpected privacy and one of the largest backyards on Commercial.

Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully styled one-bedroom apartment with skylights, high ceilings, and a beachy-modern feel. The bedroom features a new California King mattress, and a barless queen pullout sleeper sofa, converting it into a sleeping space in the living room.

Amenities include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, strong Wi-Fi, central A/C with a window unit for added cooling.

Step outside into your own quiet oasis - lush, shaded, and perfect for coffee, cocktails, or an afternoon nap. This is our personal summer reset spot, and we’re opening it for the first time to guests.

We’re Frank and Jared, partners who moved from NYC to Ptown for its nature, slower pace, and creative spark. This is our first listing, and we’re excited to share it. The space sits right above Commercial with one of the largest private backyards in town. It offers a rare blend of front-row energy and tucked-away calm.
