Prince Donna B is vibrant and artistically designed to excite the modernist. This professionally designed modern, sleek and wide open living space easily accommodates families up to 16. The home consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms including an attached mother in law suite with a small kitchenette.

Guest Bedroom #4 is the attached mother in law suite with its own private entrance. The suite includes its own private full bathroom, King bed, walk in closet pull out sleeper sofa 55 in TV and kitchenette with sink and refrigerator.

Guest bedroom #5 features 1 set of bunk beds (full sized top and bottom bunk) large closet and modern furnishings.


The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, cookware, spices, oil, coffee, cream and sugar for coffee and teas.

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 16+ people. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 18 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature

9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.

**Pool/Hot Tub Heating Information**

Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature. There is a 2 day minimum for pool heating, and those days will need to be consecutive.

Hot Tub heating (when pool is not heated for the stay) is available for $50 per night.

Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed.
