Guest access
Guests have access to all of house and lake/grounds except for garage which is used for host storage.
Other things to note
-Paperwork needed for registered guests prior to arrival per community rules.
-Guest must register at the gate upon arrival.
-Please note that for the security of the community, security is very strict regarding only letting in registered guests through the gates.
-No parties
-No gatherings of non-registered guests
-No loud noises after 10 PM
-No fireworks
-When using community amenities, must follow the community rules.
-Vehicles with 4-wheel drive recommended during winter months because of community’s steep and winding roads.
