Guest access
Guests will have access to everything on the property with the exception of a downstairs storage closet.

Other things to note
Because the house is built on a hill, the driveway is extremely steep and somewhat tricky to navigate into the garage without a high clearance vehicle. There is parking for 3 cars plus the garage. Also, please be cognizant of the burn rating. Guests will drive past the fire station on the way to the house and will have fire notices posted. We love our forests so have included a propane fire pit for those no-burn days.

Please enter the actual number of people that will be in your party prior to booking. There are cameras and we do check to validate the number of guests. Pricing is based on 4 guests. For additional guests, there is a $25/person per night fee.

Pets are allowed but you must let us know at booking if you will be bringing any pets. There is a $50 per pet fee that will be sent as a separate payment request.

There is a hot tub available, you may add on to your reservation for $75. Please let us know at booking if you’d like to add on and we will send over a separate payment request.
