Ski-on/Ski-off!! Our condo is at the base of Pico Mountain and offers amazing views from the private balcony. Enjoy all the benefits of being slope side of Pico Mountain while just 10 minutes away from Killington Resort!

Pico Mountain offers 57 trails with 6 lifts and is a family-favorite to avoid some of the weekend crowds at Killington.

Less then 1 mile from the Long Trail and Deer Leap overlook hiking trail. Both fantastic must-do hikes when in the area!

The space
You will have access to the Pico Sports Center (for an extra charge), featuring a 75-foot indoor heated lap pool, 2 dry heat saunas, exercise room (weight and cardio equipment), Spin room, yoga/studio room and tanning beds.

The Village Square at Pico Condo Association is a family-oriented community primarily used by owners and committed to the peaceful, safe and quiet enjoyment of their residences. While the Association allows rentals and encourages guests to enjoy their visit, they have implemented certain rules related to the use and enjoyment of the units. These rules allow the Association to issue fines and take other actions particularly as it relates to the enforcement of the minimum age requirement of 25, "Quiet Hours" from 9pm until 8am and their no pet policy. The Association will try to resolve issues through the owner or rental agency in the first instance but reserves the right to take action in real time as circumstances require. In short, please respect your neighbors while you are a guest in these condos.

SKI-ON/SKI-OFF TRAILS: Trails are operated by Killington Resort and Pico is dependent on natural snow fall and Killington's snow making capability. Please review Pico website for ski trail operation. During the early & late winter season ski/on ski/off may not be available or resort might be closed all together. Refunds will not be provided for any resort closures.

Other things to note
🏔️ Pico Mountain is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays except during peak periods (2025/26 Peak Dates: December 25, 2025 - January 4, 2026; January 17 - 19, 2026; February 14 - 16, 2026).
