The space
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, personal TV, and either a queen or king size bed depending on the room.
The luxury kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and basic cookware provided.
Spacious outdoor area with a gazebo, fire pit, hot tub, yard games, and a stunning view of Emigrant peak.
There is plenty of parking for guests and for small events (message for event inquiries).
Guest access
House is accessible via door code provided the week before check-in.
The entire home is accessible including the 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, and common area.
Other things to note
Can be booked for privately catered dinners.
The cleaning fee covers standard turnover after each stay. It does not include extra event cleanup, linen replacement for damage, or deep cleaning of the hot tub due to misuse.
No DVD player or cable but multiple app networks available for login.
$250 fee for unauthorized pets.
No late checkouts unless previously arranged with host.
If hot tub needs temperature or chemical adjusted, let us know and we will be happy to accommodate!
