Just 2 miles from the coast and less than a mile from the New Forest, The Old School House is a characterful, privately owned, self catering cottage. Offering a retreat for couples, friends and families for both short and long breaks. Alternatively, popular with business when working in the Southampton or Bournemouth areas. All year round availability.

The space
A former Headmaster's House in a peaceful location, which has been modernised to the highest standard combining character features with modern technology.
Relax in the snug with a book or listen to music in front of the wood burner. Conversely watch a 3D movie on the 4K 55" TV through the cinema surround system in the family room connected via super fast 213 Mbps Wi-Fi. Or dine with friends and family at the dining room table. Alternatively throw open the French doors and fire up the BBQ and relax in the secluded garden with a cold drink.
But why stay in when you could be exploring the beautiful countryside or strolling along the beach just a stone’s throw away.
Retreat to the Old School House for a soak in the extra deep bath or power shower before tea.
The luxurious hotel super-king size beds can be split into singles and are fitted with quality cotton linen to ensure a good night's sleep.

There is a park opposite the house with a children's play area and fields with shops and restaurants a short walk away.

This is an established holiday let furnished to the highest standard.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and a snug/bedroom 4 downstairs.

Bedroom 1 (family room) has a super-king bed and large single pull out guest bed (suitable for children or adults at a push. There is an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2 has a super-king bed or 2 large single beds.

Bedroom 3 also has a super-king bed or 2 large singles and built in air conditioning unit.

Bedroom 4 has a luxurious double sofa bed. All beds are hotel quality and extremely comfortable with luxury linen.

There are 3 bathrooms, a downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs there is a spacious family bathroom (new 2019) with large bath and shower and en-suite shower-room (new 2019) to the family bedroom (new 2019).
