Neighborhood highlights

Residential country side - many retired and full time residents. Our neighborhood is the essence of the backcountry of the Brunswick islands. Some areas are up and coming with many cottages, trailers and modular homes, new-builds, and farms. The location is out of the city limits; tucked away.

Although Shallotte NC has grown over the years, it has maintained its small town leisurely charm. It's a great place for vacationers to stay and enjoy the restaurants, shopping, the area beaches, golf courses and other attractions. Known for its famous oyster festival!

Brunswick county has many up and coming areas, but excitedly has reached top places to move in 2025!

My work: Managing the excitement of our getaways!
Most useless skill: Carrying multiple anxieties at once! ;-)
•Simply put, I love to travel: I have experienced an array of places from Iceland, Scotland, Canada, Mexico, New York, Boston, and one of my favorites: Colorado! Learning the world and cultures around me is exhilarating and feeds my yearly wanderlust. •My family: It’s me, my husband, and our daughter. PLUS ten fur kids. We love to travel with our Collie + mini Aussie. We enjoy seeing the world, meeting new people, and jumping into something new. I hope my abode brings you that same experience!
