Welcome to your Stowe basecamp in Notchbrook—an extensively renovated, multi-level condo with a vintage ski motif and top-tier comforts. With great separation between living space and bedrooms, a wood-burning fireplace, and a mountain-view balcony, it’s an easy place to settle in after a day on the mountain. Guests also enjoy Notchbrook’s year-round heated pool and saunas, plus summer tennis, playground, and more—minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort and downtown.

Other things to note
Important Winter Driving Advisory: Notchbrook Resort is located at the top of a steep hill. In winter months, roads may be snow-packed or icy. For guest safety, AWD/4WD and snow tires are strongly recommended. Guests arriving without appropriate winter traction may have difficulty reaching the unit.

Pool + Sauna
The pool and sauna are open daily from 4:00–8:00 PM during the season, weather permitting. They may close during inclement weather (storms, high winds, etc.).
Winter temp note: The pool is heated to ~104°F in winter (hot-tub temps).
Towels: Pool towels are available at the pool in the locker rooms and should stay there.
