This brand-new, fully equipped apartment has everything you need – 2 comfy bedrooms, a spacious living area, and dining area with a kitchen.

Step outside into your private yard or chill on the terrace with a view of the stream – if you're lucky, you might even spot a deer.

The space
You will be accommodated on the 1st floor of a family house, in an apartment of 80 square meters, in complete privacy, peace and comfort.

This apartment was furnished for visiting friends and family. We are happy to share it with Airbnb guests who are looking for a relaxing home-like environment when not in use. We ask our guests to treat our home with respect and return it in a tidy condition.

There are two bedrooms with a terrace and the specious living room. There is a perfect lounge area with nothing but the peaceful nature around. The accommodation is ideal for bigger families with grown up children, but also for two couples.

We advise against using the sofa in the living room as a bed.

Both bedrooms have an afternoon and the living room has the morning sun.

No smoking/vaping/drugs allowed. You can smoke and vape on terraces or in the backyard.

Guest access
You have a private entrance to your apartment. Please keep in mind that you'll need to climb stairs to get to the elevated ground floor and then to your apartment on the first floor. If stairs are difficult for you, this is something to consider.

Additionally, please note that we have a Swiss Shepherd dog named Dante who lives with us on the ground floor (in the house). You might encounter him as he roams around with us. If you have allergies to dog hair, are afraid of dogs, or simply don't like them, this apartment might not be the best fit for you.

We collect all IDs upon guest's arrival and collect a tourist tax in cash (2 eur/person/day).

Smoking and vaping are NOT ALLOWED on the premises. Ask for an ashtray, if you wish to smoke on the terrace.

Your apartment is located in nature, outside the settlement, but the nearest shop, cafe, health center, pharmacy, gas station and post office (therefore, civilization) is a kilometer away.

You have a nice little kitchen at the apartment, with a coffee machine, toaster, blander, basic spices and all needed amenities.

Tap water is drinkable.

Where you’ll be

You will be accommodated in an extremely quiet neighborhood (excluding birds and a stream). But still in close vicinity from Celje, Maribor, Ptuj (30 km), Ljubljana, Graz, Zagreb (100 km). There is a hiking and biking marked trail under your window, so as soon as you go outside, you are on the "health trail".

The small hillside place Lipoglav (pronounced ˈliːpɔɡlau̯) is a settlement in the hills south of Loče in the Municipality of Slovenske Konjice in eastern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Styria. There are only 168 habitants scattered on the surrounding hills, at an altitude of 350 m.

The place is known for its vineyards and linden trees. Most likely the name Lipoglav is derived from linden trees (lipa).

Our first neighbour on the left has a small white dog that warns all passers-by (100 meters from you), our next neighbour is 500 meters away, on the right. If you long for people — we are the closest, on the ground floor.
