Clarification on the maximum number of guests staying overnight: Eight is the maximum number of guests allowed by the township and any child or kid is included in the count of eight. Only infants younger than one-year old are not included.

Guest access
2 parking spaces in front of the house. Additional parking available in overflow lot near the entrance to the community, security Gate B.
The Village at Camelback offers a sports complex facility including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, weight room as well as indoor tennis court with basketball hoop and outdoor tennis court.
All amenities are open. No appointment needed. First come first serve. The outdoor tennis court is closed for maintenance until further notice.

Other things to note
Since we are at the mountain top and crowded by woods, some wild "guests" may come and go, or have a random quick stop by. While they always look cute and adorable (personal note: got a chance to face a fluffy wild raccoon eye to eye in the woods near the house...kinda experience I will never forget), please don't feed them or let them get into the house!
PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ANY FOOD or GARBAGE OUTSIDE!
