Situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside, we are surrounded by fields and stunning views. The perfect place to relax!

We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train.

We are located on our family farm with some animals on site, we have horses, dogs, cats and our two pet micro pigs Gavin & Stacey. So some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

The space
Traditional on the outside and modern on the inside. The Cottage comprises of a modern, open plan living area and kitchen downstairs with large sofa that also doubles as a sofa bed if needed.

Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with both bath and shower, and small second bedroom with ‘shorty’ bunk beds (15cm shorter and 15cm narrower than a standard single), perfect for children.

The Cottage is equipped with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, smart televisions with access to Netflix and also WiFi.

Outside is a yard with seating area, perfect for sitting out on those summer evenings.

There is also an outdoor shed with padlock that can be used for storing bikes etc if you bring them along.

Please note: due to the steps that lead to the property (see photos) and the staircase inside, the stay may not be suitable for those with accessibility issues.

Other things to note
Please be aware you’ll be staying on our family farm. You are likely to see animals around the farm on your stay (all friendly).

There are two small dogs on the farm that are likely to come and greet you if they see you, please be assured they are very friendly!
